A screwed needle valve is a type of valve used to precisely control the flow of fluids through pipelines. The valve gets its name from the needle-shaped valve stem that is used to regulate the flow of fluid through a small orifice in the valve body. Screwed needle valve is designed with a threaded connection that allows it to be easily connected to other pipes or equipment. The threaded connection provides a secure and leak-proof seal between the valve and the adjoining pipes or equipment.
The needle valve stem is made of a thin and tapered rod that is attached to a handle or actuator. By turning the handle or actuator, the valve stem moves up or down, allowing the size of the orifice in the valve body to be adjusted.
